My account is banned

If your account is banned, you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team directly to appeal it, as we can't look into or lift bans here on the forums. Please check this article for further information: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/ 

Some of our mobile games actually don't show active bans in the standard ban history tool. If you don't see anything listed there, don't worry, there's a webform linked right inside that article you can fill out to get your appeal sent to the right team anyway.
