My account level is over 100 but my lineups are locked and asking for Level 7

Dear EA Support Team,I am writing to you with a lot of frustration and sadness regarding a major issue in my FC Mobile account. I have been playing this game for a long time, dedicated so many hours, and worked really hard to build my team and raise my account level until it finally crossed Level 100+.However, I am facing a very strange problem that completely ruins my experience. Out of the 6 available lineups, I can only use 3. The other 3 lineups are completely locked, and the game displays a message saying that I must reach Level 7 to unlock them!How is this even possible? My level is over 100, which is way past the requirement! I am completely stuck and confused. I cannot switch between my tactics, cannot try new formations, and this is severely affecting my performance in Division Rivals and overall enjoyment of the game. I feel so disappointed that all my progress and hard work are not being recognized by the system.I have already tried restarting the game, clearing the cache, and even reinstalling it completely, but nothing works. The problem seems to be directly linked to my account on your servers.Please, I need to know why this is happening to my account?
