Have you tried updating EA mobile to the latest version, that is of course if you are not currently using the latest version. You can try that and see if it works.
You can also try to reset your skill points to see if it solves the issue you are having, just use the "reset all" button in settings. If none of these works, then it is probably a problem with account association and support should be able to solve that for you.
