My account was wrongly blocked

Hello My account has been banned, and no duration has been specified, even though I have never violated the game rules. This account is very important to me, and I buy FC coins on this account, so it is very important to me. Please lift the ban on my account because I have Shard points and I don't want to lose them since I want to buy a player from the store.
