My game keeps disconnecting
Anytime I try to play the game it just disconnect like I'm really tired of it for real

Hi there. Welcome to our forums. Thanks for sharing that screenshot! Based on the resource download error 0x000003E8 shown in your image, here are a few quick troubleshooting steps you can try to get past the loading screen. Those steps often helped other players in the past:
- If you are on an iPhone, go to Settings - Apple ID - iCloud - Private Relay, and toggle it Off.
- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice-versa) to reset your connection. If staying on Wi-Fi, try changing your DNS settings to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1).
- Clear your local app cache in your device settings. If you are on iOS, you may need to reinstall the game to fully clear out corrupt temporary files. Make sure your account is linked first.
