My Manager Mode is bugged

I have a 121 OVR Team and lose to often against 120 OVR Teams. I lose generally to often and thats not normal. My highest stars was 29 and then i dropped to 7 Stars and no matter what tactic or formation i use, nothing helps thats not fair so please repair my Manager Mode. My defenders doesn't defend good, my cm's make to much pass fails and my attackers don't really score. If i see the Players of my opponents they do very well and that cant be i tried really every tactic and every Formation..
