My marmoush is missing.

A couple days I packed marmoush. The inferno versus aqua one. 

But I already had Pele so I decided to keep him in the club with the intention of exchanging him for those shards. But I wasn't going to do it until the new team came out. 

I came onto my account and he had just disappeared, I didn't get no increase in shards or anything else so I know I didn't accidentally exchange him and I didn't do any of those packs because I knew that I would probably get worse than marmoush. 

Can you please fix this and return marmoush. Thank you in advance.
