My purchased points were not given

Today I made a purchase in the FC Mobile game via Play Store, my money was withdrawn from my account but my points were not reflected in the FC Mobile game.

Errors in matchmaking
Everytime i want to play h2h matches or any division rivals matches it's always showing errors. Even when my network is good or connected to wifi, disconnection error appear.
