My screen freezes on the menu and I can't click on it.

I click on it a lot of times and it doesn't let me into the store, my team, leagues, market and I don't know why I did several things and it just won't go away.

    Hey 21061290 Can you please clear the cache data and check if you have enough free storage? Try changing the in-game display settings to see if that helps. You can also find more steps available on our website.
