Resource Download Error

I have recently ran into the issue of a resource download error when trying to play any game mode whether its against ai or others online. I have over 50GB on my phone so storage is not an issue. I have offloaded the app numerous times with no results and deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times with no results. Extremely frustrating problem.
