My talent hunt tickets disappeared after the update.
The problem is that due to a game update and another bug, 9 of my skill hunt tickets were reset, and now I have to wait about 3 days for each ticket to become available again. I had accumulated them over 2 months, meaning I had put in the effort to earn player rank tokens later when I needed them. However, I receive negative responses to every request, and the words spoken sometimes sound both sincere and sometimes weary, like, "You're right, this is a very sad and heartbreaking situation, but unfortunately, we can't do anything." :( A company this large and reputable should offer some kind of bonus for customer satisfaction.
