Need Help Deleting My Old FC Mobile Account While Keeping My Main Account

I respectfully ask you to transfer my case to the correct FC Mobile support team. My issue is that I have two FC Mobile accounts. I want to permanently delete only my old account, named RONALDO_SIIIIIII. I want to keep my main account, VALVERDE, unchanged. VALVERDE is my main account with Team OVR 123, Formation 4-4-2, Goalkeeper Schmeichel (OVR 124), and Haaland (OVR 124). Please do not delete, modify, or affect my VALVERDE account in any way. I would really appreciate it if you could transfer my case to the correct team instead of asking me to create a new support request. Thank you.
