Need Help Deleting My Old FC Mobile Account While Keeping My Main Account

Hello everyone,

I really need help with my FC Mobile account.

I have two FC Mobile accounts. I only want to permanently delete my old account RONALDO_SIIIIIII and keep my main account VALVERDE completely safe.

I already contacted EA Support. They verified my email and my identity with a verification code, but then they told me to contact the FC Mobile support team. I contacted support through the game, but I was still redirected and could not get my issue resolved.

My main account is:

Squad name: VALVERDE

Team OVR: 123

Formation: 4-4-2

Goalkeeper: Schmeichel (OVR 124)

Striker: Haaland (OVR 124)

Please, I only want the account RONALDO_SIIIIIII to be permanently deleted. Do not delete or change my VALVERDE account in any way.

If anyone from the FC Mobile team or EA staff can help or tell me the correct way to solve this problem, I would be very grateful.
