Need Help Deleting My Old FC Mobile Account While Keeping My Main Account

Hello everyone,

I really need help with my FC Mobile account.

I deleted one of my EA accounts because I wanted to keep only my main FC Mobile account (VALVERDE). However, after deleting the account, I can no longer access my main account.

Every time I try to sign in using any login method, I get the same message:

"Your account has been successfully deleted. You will now be returned to the main screen."

Then I am sent back to the main screen. This happens every time, no matter which login method I use.

I have already uninstalled FC Mobile and installed it again, but the problem is exactly the same.

I also contacted EA Support. They verified my identity, but then told me to contact the FC Mobile support team. I followed their instructions, but I still have not been able to resolve this issue.

My main account is VALVERDE, and I do not want it to be deleted. I only wanted to delete my old account.

Please, can someone from the FC Mobile team help me recover access to my main account or tell me how to fix this issue?
