Need of buffering champions donnamura

My 121 rated donnarumma has a serious problem .it doesn't make sense that my goalkeeper can't keep up  against low rated attackers (outdated) .If he can't  keep up with low rated forwards how those he keep against world games Gordon or champions Diaz many 119Gk are better than him right now the likes of Allison ,safonov,neuer, Sanchez,world's game courtois are better than him in head to head  his poor keeping gives a way goals costing loss to millions of players in h2h, vsatt . I don't think the problem is ovr:player setup or program I would like to buff him cous it give me fuel to see ur defense get /got torn apart by khvica and ur GK save the shot  or u as the opponent seeing ur shot being stop by donnarumma (know it going to tuff to beat this GK )  pls i would like for you to take a look at my complaint

    Yes donnarumma card is absolutely a waste this champions event donnarumma card have great stats but it's just being there in the stat it can't be seen anywhere in the gameplay he literally leaves every shots completely especially finesse i upgraded my goalkeeper from courtis to donnarumma expecting him to perform better because the 121 champions event donnarumma card outshines courtis in everything and plus the golden deflection playstyle i was so happy to redeem him but after redeeming him it has become my biggest regret because he's not even able to save the shots which were previously saved by courtis but this 121 donnarumma card he's literally not saving anything i spent 30000 shards on him nearly 31000 shards and this is my reward a goalkeeper who's worse than my previous goalkeeper i thought he would be upgrade after buying but truly he became a downgrade in my team his animation is really worst which is stopping him from making saves even though his diving is about 232 he dives so slowly that the ball is already inside before he starts diving he's not even like a goalkeeper in the team he's just like another random player in my team please fix his card please fix his animation do something about it I've been complaining about this to the customer support in game for like 20-30 times and I've also posted a complaint here in the forum once and this is my second complaint because my previous complaint was not taken seriously and the action for my complain is not being taken I hope you guys would atleast respond to this and fix his card properly .
