Re: Network is good but in game lags
Hello EA Support Team,
I am reaching out because I have been experiencing severe and ongoing connection issues in FC Mobile, especially in Head-to-Head matches.
My internet connection is strong and stable. Speed tests show very low ping (around 6ms), good upload and download speeds, and minimal jitter. However, inside the game my MS constantly jumps from 45–59ms to 999ms. When this happens, gameplay freezes or becomes extremely delayed, making it impossible to compete properly.
This issue has been happening on and off for almost two years. Recently, I had about two weeks where the connection was very smooth, but now the problem has returned again and does not seem to stop.
I create YouTube content around FC Mobile, and these connection spikes make my gameplay look unskilled when the real issue is instability and server lag. It is extremely frustrating to deal with this repeatedly.
Could you please:
- Check if there are server routing issues in the Caribbean region (Jamaica).
- Confirm whether I am being matched to distant servers.
- Advise if there are any settings or fixes I can apply to stabilize my in-game MS.
I really enjoy the game, but this ongoing issue is affecting both my performance and content creation.
