Network required problem and 0ms ping and 999 ma ping

Ea please fix this after the world's game update my phone can't able to process the game i stuck in loading screen it's says network required and when I somehow enter in game it's shows 0ms ping and 999ms ping before the update it was good now I can't even play please ea fix this most the player are facing this.
