No refresh for extra time in fc mobile

The players pool and probabilities are not updated in fc mobile extra time. I ask you to fix it as soon as possible.

    @kchoong It has always been clear that the pool for both would refresh on the same day every two weeks, but that the picks for 500 refresh fortnightly while the top 50 refreshes monthly.

    The counters have been clearly visible the whole time … it’s not EA’s fault that you haven’t read them 🤷‍♀️

    (And your points won’t be wasted, they will carry over to the next iteration of the extra time exchanges)

    What's your device's make and model? One plus 11r
    What's your device's firmware? Oxygen OS Android 14
    What is your game version? 22.0.03
    In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What happens when the bug occurs? When I purchased 1200 extra time pack my 6000 extra time pack is locked saying I purchased it while I did not.
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 07:54

    Today I purchased the 1200 extra time pack but after purchasing it and selecting the player I wanted, I saw that the 6k extra time is locked saying I purchased it while the last time I purchased I was during the last reset day.

    @t3gmlgs8wmoa it was previously showing late August, but the latest news suggests that market picks will go an be replaced by something else … I am not sure what that will be

    If thats the case, why were the messaging on both the top 50 and top 500 exactly the same and no individual messaging to say only the top 500 would reset?

    You have pretty much screwed over all those players who have melted players to save the points required for the exchange and not able to use them but only on the top 500.
