Heroes Chronicles and Icon Daily Reward ERROR

I've been logging into the game for 24 days. I play the hero missions every day, but I can't seem to progress on the login day. I'm experiencing a similar issue with the icon logs. Even though I've completed all the missions, they're stuck at 8 days. I contacted EA support, but no one has responded.
