For about at least the last 3 plus weeks maybe more I haven’t been able to do any of the daily tasks specific to watching in game adds in EA FC Mobile. I have an iPhone 11. Whenever I go to put my cursor over the watch add button nothing happens, it just stays greyed out and if I click on it it gives me a message that says something like “No ads available now, please try later” I have always been able to watch in game adds since starting to play the game so I can’t work out why I can’t now. Every day I can’t watch the adds I miss out on receiving my red gems, which are crucial in helping you to have a better team of players. I reached out to in game customer help and they suggested I watch some generic videos but the issue was not there to read up on. I found a good ea article on the web but the instructions on how to fix this issue are not doable as the latest iPhone update doesn’t have the quoted instructions to follow. I play daily and I love the game and am desperate to get this matter fixed. I’ve watched YouTube videos on how to fix this but the issue is still not fixed. Can anyone please help me to resolve this please. Many Thanz.

Thank you for your reply. That’s a crazy amount of time and huge amount of missing gems. Surely there is a solution? Did you ever log in via Facebook then another time log in via gamecentre? I have iPhone 11 what do you use? I have sent an email to EA so am hoping they will help me with resolving this. Maybe if you send them one too between us we can get this sorted? The value of missed out gems is massive. Let’s hope we get an answer to fix this asap. Cheers

Thank you for asking. I still have no solution. It’s been extra frustrating this weekend as it’s double red gems for in game adds. Can’t understand why something that should be straightforward can’t be fixed. At a complete loss as to what to do. Missing out on all of these daily red gems is so costly as I play everyday. I have reached out for help to ea both in game customer service and sent an email to them recently. No solution still. So bummed ☹️ Thanx again for asking. Appreciate it.
