I've had this issue for the last 2 days now.
I've contacted customer service and they have sent me to this post.
I've cleared my cache, restarted my phone and reinstalled the game
I get the following message.
NO ADS AVAILABLE NOW
Sorry, there are no ads available for now. Please try again later
Had the same issue today. I needed to reinstall the game to make this work.
Clearing the cache. force stop, restart phone didn't worked.
