No weekly rewards competition

Hello,

I didn t receive my weekly rewards on Thursday (10.000gems and +120000 competition tokens). First time this happens in months, probably because of the upgrade. People in my competition got though.

I already try for 3 days to get these gems and tokens, but EA Help keeps saying they cannot give anything. So unfair and unbelievable that one of the greatest cannot solve their own problems.

I m disgusted and feel neglected and badly treated by this
