Not able to claim Triple Formula Reward

Hey EA,

I have been playing TOTS for a while now, and have been doing the Triple Formula exchange with the tags, and have been claiming its rewards on the right side for the number of times exchanged too. However, I had reached 20 a few days ago, and it just didn't let me claim. I did a few more too, and it still hasn't let me claim. I have attached the photo along, please fix it, as I want to be able to reach 40 before the event ends so I can claim the UTOTS when it comes out.

    Me too I had problems with the tots I lost 116+ and Moment tag. I just was checking the possibility of the players on Laliga and it claim by it self my plan was to wait or try it primer league. I appreciate it your work and support. Big thanks to the team
