NOT Defined BUG

Could you tell us a bit more about what's happening? Does this occur with a specific player item, or with multiple player items? If possible, please let us know which player items are affected. Does it help if you clear the cache or restart your game? 

thanks for replying, so when i enter the game, the text "not defined" keeps appearing and if I press continue the text will appear again, because I have reached the maximum player, and clearing the cache and restarting the game has no effect at all.
