Not receiving prize for completing Chapter 1 Beckham Nightmare

Hello, as given attachments below, I have completed all matches and met the requirement for the Devil deluxe prize, yet I couldn’t claim it as I “didn’t complete the requirements” even though I have. Please fix this asap!
