Not sold 103 player neymar me open tradable pack

Hello EA Sports,

I spent 10,000 extra time points on the pack that gives 99-103 OVR players and then switched to the pack that gives random 104-107 OVR players. I received a 103 OVR Neymar, but he is not tradeable. Is this a bug? Players with 99-103 OVR should be tradeable. Why can't I sell mine? Please help me.

This happened in FC Mobile.
