Official code not redeemable or bug

Hi, I'm writing to say that I redeemed the code "CAMPEONES" but didn't receive a reward when I logged into the game. This makes me doubt its legitimacy since the code I mentioned is official. The problem is that it tells me the reward has already been successfully sent, but when I entered the game I didn't have a reward from the code I had already claimed.
