Overal +1 Football Centre player update

Hello EA Support,

My Football Centre Showdown player is still at 112 OVR even though the club I selected won its real-life match.

Brighton won 5-0 against Crystal Palace, and Bayer Leverkusen won 2-1 against Freiburg. However, my player's OVR has not increased to 113.

I have checked the game, but the player is still showing 112 OVR. Could you please investigate this issue and help me receive the correct +1 OVR upgrade?

I have screenshots as proof.

Thank you.

I chose Vergil as my choice and I finished the tasks it told me to do but the OVR did not rise or change. I thought this was “normal” so I sold Vergil Van for 150 shards. I DEMAND compensation for the glitch and want my card back and good compensation. And I think we all know that 100 rank up points and 1 draft voucher is not enough EA.

Hi there! Just as a heads-up, these upgrades aren't applied instantly after the real-life match ends. The item will likely receive its +1 OVR upgrade with the next scheduled game update or content deployment.

Thank you for your patience in the meantime, and keep an eye out for the update in-game!
