Own Goal Bug - Player Scored Into My Own Net Automatically (Video Attached)

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

I encountered a strange bug during a match in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

While the opponent sent the ball towards their own half, one of my players automatically kicked the ball into my own goal with no input or control from me. It was completely unintentional and resulted in an own goal that affected the match result.

This looks like a clear bug. I have attached the screen recording of the incident so you can see exactly what happened.

Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.
