Pack Opening problem

I have been opening any pack since before the Glorious Era event, but I am not getting any good players from any of my packs. Moreover, I am not getting any good players from the Star Scout event. My friend is getting 120 ovr players, but I am not getting anything.These things keep me away from playing games. I love games very much, but games are unfair to me. Rely on your skills and resource management rather than luck brother. Use resources efficiently and build your team rather than complaining to EA for getting better cards at the cost of same resources. That will be unfair to other players
