PACKING UNTRATBLE PLAYER FROM TRADVLE DIVISON RIVAL PROMOTION PACK

I packed Rayan Cherki from a Division Rivals Promote pack that was labeled as tradable, but he was scheduled to unlock in Week 3. I waited until Week 3 like the game required, but now that Week 3 has started, the card is still showing as untradable and I cannot list it on the market.

Please check my account and fix the tradability flag for this card — it should be sellable.
