Re: Missing pack contents - Payment went through

i just made a payment of the Christmas calender event....money has been debited from my account but when i went back to the game it showed purchase cancelled and I didn't get any rewards...i have shared the item purchased and the payment screenshot and proof... please fix it or refund the amount
