Player Compare Showing Players That Cannot Be Found or Purchased

 

Hello EA Support Team,

I would like to report a possible issue with the Player Compare feature in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

When I use Player Compare, certain players appear as available comparison options. For example, Unai Simón appears in the comparison screen as a 121 OVR goalkeeper.

However, when I go to the Player Market and search for Unai Simón, he cannot be found and does not appear to be an available player that I can purchase.

This is confusing because the Player Compare feature makes it appear that these players are part of the current player pool, but they cannot actually be found or obtained through the Market.

Could you please clarify why these players are appearing in Player Compare if they are not available on the Market?

Is there another way to obtain these players, or is this an issue with the database/player comparison system?

I would also ask EA to consider updating the Player Compare feature so that it only displays players who are currently obtainable in the game, or clearly indicates if a player is unavailable.
