Player disapper

Hello EA Support,

I received Gareth Bale from a Campaign Reward in FC Mobile. I even used him in a few matches, so I am sure he was successfully added to my account.

However, after a small in-game update, the player suddenly disappeared from my squad and inventory. The strange part is that Bale is still visible in my badge/collection, which clearly shows that I owned him.

I have already tried restarting the game, clearing cache, and checking all sections (including reserves and untradeable players), but he is still missing.

This seems like a bug or sync issue. I request you to please restore my Gareth Bale player to my account. If restoration is not possible, then kindly provide appropriate compensation.

Please check my account logs for verification.
