Player performance decreased

Hello. Am playing Fc Mobile from beginning. Recently I have got a 117 TOTY Mbappe card. His performance was natural until 4 rank. But when I ranked it up to 5 rank his performance totally decreased. Now I am in a great trouble with it. Even he cannot complete a dribbling! Why this change and how to cope with this...? Plz help me.
