players disappeared

yes i used like 20 player for training bronze players rated like around 60-70 but also all of my other players disappeared rated much higher like 80+ and im sure i didn’t use them in training and also i had a lot of bronze and sliver players but all players disappeared except my starting 11

Bro I had the same problem , just 10 mins ago I did the beckham exchange, I haven't enough players so I bought them for exchange but when I've finished the exchange option isn't showing so I clicked on the quick add option, then I checked my players ..all of them are vanished along with the players I bought ! How could this be possible? 

Player CR7 is the goat. I lost my player when I was trying to train I pressed a bronze above My player and for some reason it didn't even give me the It trained Without me even pressing the train button

Same has happened with me and the customer care are saying that they cannot restore back
