Players gone

Hi Ea ! I would like to report a bug . My problem is that my owner players get disappeared and are gone yesterday I lost 2 of my 109 and 108 rated players and today I bought a 104 rated and I don’t find him and he is already gone please help me and respond to me as soon as possible .
