Players Missing in Shards Exchange

Hello Ea Support, I am facing a problem on exchanging some of my players for shards. Even though these players are in my reserves and not in any lineup, I can't find them in the my player category of shards exchange. I have read many reports about a similar issue of being unable to exchange players but they can atleast see their players and are only blocked to exchange because it shows that it is in a line up. But i completely can't find some of the players I own when I try to exchange. You can see the below attachments, so that u understand them problem I am facing precisely. Pls Fix this problem as soon as possible.Thank You.
