See attached. 95 Haaland upgrade to Level 99. Player card Shows heel to heel. In skill move edit mode, the player does not appear in the list of players with such skill. Confirmed in the game. The player cannot use it at all (no screenshot available for that).
PS: as said, same for 91 base level Viera...
