please help me

Hi , my id is h2r and I play h2h so much time but one time I get 126 ovr opponent and he was kinda bug or cheater player and he was at 50 win and played passive 

also I'm with 14 win and 124 ovr

it's not fair!!!!! please be better than this and please do justice fc thnx.
