If your account was linked to save your progress, do you have any other device where you could log in and see if this will unlock your inbox?
it seems it doesn't help same as before and inbox won't open, my device is REDMI POCO X6 5G

Hey o1s44reig9gu Could you please change the device language to English temporarily? After that, launch the game to see if this activates your inbox. Additionally, let us know the name of the device you are using and check the game while connected to both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
