Possible Draft Reward/PlayStyle Issue – 40+ Drafts With 0 Gold PlayStyle Players

Hello EA Support,

I’m contacting you regarding a possible issue with the Draft reward system in FC Mobile.

I have opened 40+ Drafts, and during this time I have received 0 Gold PlayStyle players. I have received only 6 Silver PlayStyle players, despite seeing other players receive Gold PlayStyle players from the same/similar Draft system.

I understand that Draft rewards are based on probability and that getting unlucky is possible. I am not asking for free players or guaranteed rewards. However, after more than 40 Drafts with zero Gold PlayStyle players, I would like to know whether this is within the expected reward distribution or if there could be an issue with my account's Draft rewards.

Could you please check my account and verify that my Draft reward pool and PlayStyle rewards are functioning correctly?

I can provide screenshots or other evidence of my Draft results if required.
