POTM Mbappé exchange

I am trying to get POTM Mbappé. I have all the criteria completed (3/3 109+, 3/3 108+, 5/5 107+) All the players I put into the exchange are tradable, but the "exchange" button stays grey and I can't get Mbappé. Is this a bug on my end? Am I doing something wrong? Or are more people expiriencing this issue?
