Problem collecting Achievement rewards in FC

I get a notification in the game that I've completed a Achievement quests . When I go to claim the reward from the Achievement quist list, I can't find it. I also see the number of tasks completed. Only 3 from 95 and I can't reach to the other tasks in the list. I have completed more than 3 tasks. I have a video to prove
