Problem with division and Reward

Hello,

I have an issue with the Division rewards in Head to Head. I was in Legendary II, and then I went to play some in-game events. When I came back, I noticed that my Division had dropped to Legendary III.

I checked the match history, and there were no extra matches played. Then I looked at the rewards to double-check — and I saw that I had received the Legendary II rewards. I thought maybe it was a bug or a mistake, so I decided to sleep and check again the next day (around 2 AM Jordan time, June 17th, 2025).

But when I woke up, I was still in Legendary III. I tapped on Head to Head, and strangely, it showed that I was now FC Champion. I checked the rewards again, and it said that they had already been claimed — but I didn’t receive the rewards for Legendary I or FC Champion.

I played another match thinking it might be a visual glitch. In the game, it showed Legendary III, but after the next match, it switched again to FC Champion.

So to summarize:

I didn’t play any matches to drop in division.

I received Legendary II rewards even though I reached FC Champion.

I haven’t received the rewards for Legendary I or FC Champion.

The issue started between 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM (Jordan time) on June 17, 2025.
