3 days agoHi there. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing disconnections while playing online. Please try restarting your device, updating the game and OS, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, restarting your router, disabling any VPN, and closing background apps before playing.
If the issue continues, please share your device model, OS version, region, connection type, when it happens, and whether you see any error message.
