Problem with purchasing FC Points in FC Mobile

I'm having trouble purchasing FIFA Points in the FC Mobile store; an error code 20005 appears when I try to make a purchase.

    Hi, could you please try signing out of the store on your device and then signing back in? Also, please check if your device language is set to English and let us know if error 20005 still appears.
