Problem with starting equal game

 Hello, I have a stable internet connection with a ping of 94 ms, but the game takes over 2 minutes to load into training or bot matches. In Versus Attack or Head-to-Head modes, the loading screen gets stuck at 100% and doesn't start the match. This issue has been occurring for several days. Please investigate and resolve this problem.
