Can you tell your team to add Tecno spark 40 pro too enable for high fps . Because I buy this phone to play FC mobile smoothly .

I am using a Tecno Spark 40 Pro (Android) and I play EA SPORTS FC Mobile regularly.

My device supports a high refresh rate (up to 144 Hz), but in the game's settings, the 60 FPS option is not available.

Could you please add my device to the supported list for 60 FPS in future updates?

Device details:

- Model: Tecno Spark 40 Pro

- Android Version: 14

- RAM: 8 GB + 8 GB Extended RAM

- Processor: MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate (Octa-core, up to 2.2 GHz)

- GPU: Mali-G57 MC2

- Display: 6.78" FHD+, 144 Hz refresh rate

I have attached a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings showing that the 60 FPS option is missing.

I just buy Tecno spark 40 pro mobile . This mobile GPU and Processor in enough for run FC mobile in 60 FPS . My in game I can't on 60 FPS. Some day ago I post on forum they told me they will solve soon. But I can't get solve . I just request the team too add ( Tecno spark 40 pro) mobile to access 60 FPS gameplay as soon as possible. 

And I also wanted to know how many days FC mobile development team to do this .

Hi mate - it is a known issue with the graphics platform on some Android devices … it is not a simple fix at the EA end, it is something that they need to work out with the Android manufacturers to understand why their particular setup is not compatible with FC Mobile.

it has been like it for quite some time, and from what I can gather is not going to be solved in a hurry because there is a particular type of Android graphics setup that the game just is not compatibility with at high graphics settings.

Since FC 26 is releasing this month, I would like to know if 60 FPS support will be available for my device in FC 26
