So I just redeemed the Diwali redeem code but it showed an error so when I tried it again they said it's already redeemed
Kindly requesting to fix this issue

I entered the diwali redeem code and it said something went wrong please try again and when I retried it said can’t use the same code more than once and i checked my game inboxes I didn’t even get the reward

The same thing happened to me :(
I redeemed the code “brightlights” and it said that he code was invalid, the second time i redeemed the code, it said you can redeem a code ones per account

I entered in the Diwali redeem code "BRIGHTLIGHTS" today but it is showing me that offer is limited to one redemption per person. This is highly infuriating and I hope you fix it immediately

I entered the redeem code and clicked redeem now and I didn't got the rewards in inbox and it was not expired also

Hello Support Team I'm having trouble receiving my gift when I redeemed the new code "BRIGHTLIGHTS." I was successful on the code redemption site, but when I entered the game, I didn't receive anything. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. Have a nice day!

New day new problem, so i entered the new redeem code "BRIGHTLIGHTS" in the web site like always and a message appear saying there was an error i rewrite it and then they say it's limited to one redemption code per player. In first i thought i got the rewards and it's just a glitch on the website but i got nothing on the game.
